Come to our city, drive a scenic drive
But all we ask is you don’t go to street 105
Talk and dance and have a ball
Come to shop at our outdoor mall
But stay away from street 105
Why, is what most think
Why street 105?
Surely we will still come out alive?
Almost a decade ago-
An accident happened
And trust me when I say this wasn’t imagined
A boy almost lost his life-
Right there, on street 105
Back then, street 105 was the center of our town-
At street 105, nobody felt down
At that very street
Was where every bird would cheerfully tweet
But one day, it all disappeared
No more of joy and cheer
This boy you see, had knocked on a door
A door that came with a thunderous ROAR
That shook all the happiness right out of that street
Now everybody felt down and beat
And ever since that boy ran out of that street
He uttered a terrible, screeching scream
STAY AWAY FROM STREET 105
All we could ask was- Are you ok?
The boy was as frightened- terrified, if you may
He shivered and shook
But his eyes never took
Their eerie look
Of street 105
And that, my dear, is exactly why
We never go near Street 105.
